MTA’s Spirit of Macon mural expands to phase 2

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- If you enjoyed downtown Macon’s ‘Spirit of Macon’ mural from Abraham Abebe, you’ll soon be able to enjoy a sequel!

The Macon-Bibb County Transit Authority says the colorful piece is getting a part two that will extend across the face of the bridge at Fifth and Poplar streets, and Abebe will be back to finish the piece.

He begins work on the project on Wednesday, July 6th.
