Deputies say the vehicle that struck Pitts originally left the scene before returning. The owner said “D” or “Debo” returned the vehicle to the owner and said she needed to go to the scene on Rocky Creek Road.

He’s about 5’6″ and weighs about 160 pounds and is known to walk his pit bull dog daily in the Rocky Creek and Bloomfield area.
