Insomnia Cookies now open in Macon

Insomnia Cookies, the popular late-night bakery, is now open in Macon.  It's located at 1530 Mercer Drive near Mercer's campus.

The popular late-night bakery is now open in Macon.  It’s located at 1530 Mercer Drive near Mercer’s campus.

The long-anticipated dessert store hosted a grand opening over the weekend to celebrate its new store.

There are tons of different cookie flavors for you to choose from, including vegan and gluten free options. Some of the cookies on the menu are Double Chocolate Chunk, Candy Apple and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups.

You can get your hands on a warm cookie in the early morning hours! They close at 3 a.m. on weekends and 1 a.m. on weekdays.
