Mom to Mom: DIY Dog Popsicles

Today on Mom to Mom, a special treat perfect for your furry friends on a hot day. Mandy has super a simple recipe for DIY dog popsicles that only requires a few ingredients.
To get started, you’ll need:

  • Blueberries 1/2 cup
  • Light coconut milk 2/3 cup
  • Dog biscuits
  • An ice tray
  • A blender

Once you have your ingredients and kitchen tools ready, toss the blueberries and light coconut milk into your blender. Blend for about two minute until you have a smoothie like consistency.

Now, pour your blueberry smoothie into your ice trays and pop in a dog biscuit to act as a stick. You may find that your popsicle sticks fall over at first. To get them to stand up, go ahead and throw your popsicles into the freezer for ten minutes. By then, they should be able to stand up properly. After two to three hours, you’ll have delicious DIY dog popsicles. All that’s left to do is let your pet enjoy their frozen treat!
