WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) —  We’re monitoring a situation in Warner Robins after reports of a significant law enforcement presence at the Best Buy location on Watson Boulevard.

The situation involves a “subject in crisis,” Lt. Eric Gossman with Warner Robins Police told 41NBC Monday. Gossman said the situation began in the Houston County Sheriff’s Office’s jurisdiction and has escalated to involve officers from the Warner Robins Police Department serving in a crowd control capacity.

The person in question remains in the Best Buy parking lot. Gossman says the public should avoid the area.
